About   M O D R A   Y O G  A
Yoga is a culture, a way of life.
Hi, my name is Dani and I’m a certified Yoga Teacher based in Engadine, Sydney NSW. I’ve tapped into the world of yoga 15 years ago and completed my Yoga teacher certificate with Body Mind Life at Surrey Hills in 2016. I simply love teaching Yoga and connecting with people true yoga. My specialties being Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Kids yoga for 3-6yo and 6-12yo, Restorative and Yin Yoga. Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students makes me excited and really happy. My big inspiration behind my yoga career is my lovely grandmother Marie who at 94 after doing  yoga whole her life was still very healthy, active and flexible. Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon. Namaste.

· Private and corporate yoga classes –
Convenience… I come to you.
I have experienced this for myself, working for a large insurance company in Sydney CBD. Seeing and feeling the physical and psychological change of myself and my back then colleagues doing weekly lunch time yoga in the spare company meeting room just astounded me and motivated me to start practicing yoga daily and becoming a yoga teacher.
This classes are created for those that want to live more and stress less!
· Fun Yoga for Kids and Daycare centers (suitable for 3 - 6 yo and 6 - 9 yo ) –
Children get enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and overall body awareness.
In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. I am teaching a combination of Hatha and Cosmic kids (Fun) style yoga with a bit of adventurous story telling throughout. Kids love a bit of adventure and all my yoga related games towards the end of the class ...they will be coming for more!
· Unwind HSC Yoga classes –
Many students get affected by stress during exams, doing some yoga & breathing exercises in my class can help them to calm and focus.
These activities can help in two ways: yoga postures during revision, act as a movement break, helping them feel more energized, grounded and positive.

· Restorative park Lessons –
My restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six long poses, supported by props (bolsters, yoga blocks and blankets) that allow you to completely relax and rest.
Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle back bends.
Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.
When you join my class, I will address your strengths and needs individually and lead you in the right direction to reach your goals whatever they may be.
